November 19, 2009 Matside Nebraska was in Crete, Ne for the Crete Invite. This was a Middle School event held at the High School.
December 8, 2009 Crete vs Waverly meet was canceled due to snow.
December 17, 2009 Matside Nebraska was in Crete, Ne. at the Crete vs. Aurora meet Dec. 17th. Thank you all that stoped and visited with me.

December 19, 2009 Matside Nebraska was in Springfield, Ne for the Springfield / Platteview Tournament held at the Platteview High School. January 8, 2010 & January 9, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be at the 2010 AAU Winter Nationals held in Omaha, Ne. at the Civic Auditorium This is going to be an awsome event. I wouldn't miss this one. It will be a lot like the Brute/Addidas Nationals in K.C. where the finalists receive singelts to wear and keep. (see the singlets on the awards page).
January 17, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Lincoln, Ne. at the Lincoln Worriors Winter Classic held at Lincoln High School 2221 J st.. "Will you be there?" I would like to extend a thank you to Charels and Kim White, as well as the rest of the Lincoln Worriors for having me. I must not forget all the wonderful people I have meet today at this meet. January 22 - 24, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be attending the 2010 Tulsa Nationals in Tulsa, Ok. If all works out as planed, I will be in Plattsmouth, Ne.on the 24th for the Blue Devils tournament. This is one tournament, I was told not to miss! I will be doing all I can do be there. What an Experiance this was. Nebraska Wrestlers to be posted soon. Great Good Boy's!!
January 24, 2010 Matside Nebraska wiil be in Plattsmouth, Ne for the Plattsmouth Club Tournament. I did miss this tournament and I was told by a close friend that this was the tournament I shouldn't of missed. I hope you didn't miss it.
January 31, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Seward, Ne for the "All American" Tournament" Where you the " ALL AMERICAN "? I would like to thank the Seward Park –n- Recreation Department for allowing Matside Nebraska to be a part of their tournament. I want to also thank all the people that stopped and visited with me and learned more about Matside Nebraska and what it can do for them. Thank you, ALL. to be held at the Seward High School.
February 14, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Lincoln Nebraska at East High School, (70 & A st.) attending the Lincoln Wrestling Clubs Tournament (LWC). I would like to thank the LWC in advance for stepping up and inviting Matside Nebraska to their tournament. Thank you, I would like to Thank Heidi and the LWC members for having me at their tournament. I hope everyone made it home safe. We lost a collegues family member at Doane College due to this storm. February 27, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Crete, Ne. for the Crete Wrestling Clubs, Youth Wrestling Tournament This tournament will be held at the Crete High School. (1500 E. 15th) Just beyond Friskies Pet Foods. Crete wrestling club has been now to offer some of the best looking Trophies out there. These trophies can be seen on the Crete wrestling website. (use the confirmed clubs link) This is one tournament, I will not be missing. You shouldn't eathier.
February 28, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Seward, Ne. for the 2010 USA District #4 Tournament. This Tournament will be held at the Seward High School. District #4 is the following county's; Adams, Butler, Fillmore, Hamilton, Clay, Hall, Jefferson, Nuckolls, Polk, Saline, Seward, Thayer, Webster, and York county. March 6, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Aurora, Ne. for the Aurora Optimist Youth Wrestling Tournament. This tournament will be held at the Aurora Middle School for ages Pre-K thru 8th grade. (Older wrestlers would wrestle Friday night). This has got to be one of the smoothest, on time tournaments I have attended. If I could, I would bring my boy here next year to wrestle. Well, maybe I will. With high school wrestling the night before, we just might attend next year’s tournament.
March 7, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Lincoln, NE for the Lincoln Jr. Hawk Wrestling Tournament. This will be held at Lincoln Southwest High School. This event is open to ALL AAU & USA Wrestlers. Thank you Jeff and all the Jr. Hawks for having me. SEE YOU THEN!! I would like to state a fact. Yes, The tournament was almost two hours behind schedual. But, they had record numbers this year. They did not know this until it was to late to make changes. This has happend to my club. Deal with it! I did.

March 14, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Grand Island, NE. at the Islanders High School for the 2010 Nebraska AAU State Folkstyle Championships. The Best in the State will be here to compete for the title of NEBRASKA's AAU STATE CHAMPION. Congratulations to the one’s that have qualified for the trip to Indianola. You will experience wrestling at an all new level. Please keep in mind; you will be representing the state of NEBRASKA. So please keep good Sportsmanship in mind, GO GET’EM Boy’s.
March 20 is the USA Tournament to qualify for the Nebraska USA Middle School Dauls Team to head off to Danville Il. the 27th - 29th of March 2010. This is a real experiance for any wrestler, not to mention the package deal they get. Congradulations to both Teams. The Red Team Took 2nd place in the "Silver Pool" with (5) ALL AMERICANS and (1) MVW. Dante' Rodrigues is the MVW going 7-0 , Hunter Poteet 6-1, Will Shaney 6-1, Chase Reiss 6-1 & Marc 6-1. While the Blue Team has aMVW (most valuble wrestler) Chance Helmick. Way to go BOY'S!!!
March 21, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Grand Island, NE. for the 2010 Nebraska USA Wrestling State Daul Tournament. This event will be held in Grand Island at the Islanders High School. This is going to be a real throw down. Nebraska's Best Wrestlers will be competeing against one another as teams. You won't want to miss this event.
March 27, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be in Dorcheseter, NE. for the Dorchester Wrestling Club Tournament. This even will be held in the Remodeled/Addition to the Dorchester Public School. March 28, 2010 Matside Nebraska will once again be in Lincoln, NE. for the 2010 Thunderbolt Wrestling Club Afternoon Tournament. With (2) full gyms and Pre-K wrestling starting at 1:pm and the "Old Guys" finishing up at 6:30pm this should run smooth. Please stop by and say hello. Contact: Jerry Clinch 402-430-3114. April 2nd & 3rd Matside Nebraska will have a display set up at the HUSKERLAND STATE TOURNAMENT. Please be sure to tell HUSKERLAND what a good thing Matside Nebraska is, and thank you all for suporting Matside Nebraska. This will be the last wrestling tournament I will be attending. I have been making arrangements to attend the SANDGRAPPLER Beach Wrestling events. I am also working on tring to attend the CORNHUSKER State Games. Thank you all and I hope to see you all next year.

May 29th & 30th Matside Nebraska will be in Omaha, NE. for the 2010 Ironman Nationals held at UNO's Sapp Fieldhouse (6001 Dodge Street ). Don't wast your time camping, "It always rains" Memorial Day Weekend. Beside, Omaha always has so much going on this weekend with some things being free. We'll see you in Omaha.. I have never in my life seen Medals so "BIG". The medals awarded here are the size of a standard Plate.
June 13, 2010 Matside Nebraska will be at Spikes Beach Bar and Grill for a Sand Wrestling Tournament. Spikes Beach Bar and Grill is located at 2300 Judson in Lincoln NE. (North side of 23rd and Cornhusker Hwy.) This event was canceled due to low numbers (Baseball).
June 19th Matside Nebraska wil be in Hastings, Nebraska for First Annual "Battle at the Beach" Sand Wrestling event. This event is open to all wrestlers 3rd thru 11th grade. This event was also canceld due to low numbers.
June 26th & 27th Matside Nebraska will be attending the Wrestling events held by the Cornhusker State Games we have been approved to attend the wrestling events that will be held in Waverly, NE. at the Waverly High School. We will also be attending the Sand Wrestling events that will be held at Spikes Bar and Grill. This is becouse of your help and suport.
